I have compiled attract-mode on Debian 12, and have also comiled a stripped down version of Mame on the same.
I have not configured the emulator or roms yet (taking this one small step at a time because I tend to break things if I try to do too much at once).
I have enabled rotation in the plugins menu and set it to 270 degrees and have also set my console video rotation 270 degrees.
Problem: When I fire up attract-mode using 'xinit attract -f DeJaVuSansMono' (as root for now to bypass tty permissions issues), the attract-mode menu still displays as though the monitor is horizontal.
Question: Any ideas on how do I get the attract-mode menu to display vertically?
