Attract Mode is open source I believe, I am using a custom build of AM which I think that this is but I am not 100% sure.

I just downloaded this and just to give you a warning, it does not contain the files to launch AM, I think that you might have to copy and paste over your setup or compile it. It has no exe file to launch attract mode.

Regards

Mark

That's the official version as its the creators github.
All the files needed are included in the release.

https://github.com/mickelson/attract/releases/tag/v2.6.2

Downloading via the "code" button will only download the source code, not the pre-compiled version.

The build on Github is nightly builds or weekly, depending upon how long things take. When something is out of testing and is stable, then it will be released and updated. It is only a .1 upgrade so it is not classed as a major build.

It is up to the programmer when it is officially uploaded as a fully stable build.

Mark
