Disable Left and Right Display buttons?

Is there anyway to disable the ability to go through the systems by press left & right?

Remove buttons for 'Left (Previous Display)' and 'Right (Next Display) or add another button:
Start AM > press TAB button > Controls > Choose it > Remove Input and add Input with a simultaneously button press (or something like that)

Oh ok, so I shouldn't need the Left & Right buttons for anything in the menus then?

  left and right are the standard buttons for Next/Previous Emulator Display.
So if you disable it, you won't be able to switch between next/previous emulator display, if you don't set new/alternative buttons
if they are disabled, they are available for other controls config
