It seems that it*s based on dreamcast and naomi.
so try dreamcast and naomi emulator (demul supports atomiswave sets)..

I use this to run Sammy Atomiswave using demul.

rompath              C:\AM\systems\demul\roms
romext               .cdi;.zip
for regular cdi games

Those look like setting for demul to run Dreamcast and not Sammy Atomiswave.
-run=dc is for Dreamcast
-run=awave is for Sammy Atomiswave
