Looking for a config file for this

I've added a comment to the video for a layout like this. I don't need the art work but not sure how he did the config file. I am a noob when it comes to creating something from scratch but if anyone know how to get this config file or can give give me some help in creating one I would really appreciate it.   :)

Very awesome layout. Sounds like he is going to release it when he's done though.  You can always check the git hub repositories for new stuff too.

That's keilmillerjr's layout I believe... I'm not sure if he ever got around to finishing it though  :P

I made a similar layout as I liked the look and you haven't heard anything.. hope this helps :)

The theme has some options for color choice as well. I'll probably make some updates to it, but feel free to check it out. I included the psd if you want to play with the look a bit.
