Nostalgic Bedroom By Pademonium
« on: January 27, 2020, 01:42:15 AM »
Hello, everybody I am currently in the middle of designing a big box theme which will then be adapted to attract mode.Nostalgic bedroom is an homage to my childhood and to the nostalgia common among those who grew up in the 80's and 90's.
For this project I wanted to recreate a scene with various references from both decades.Programm background animated , mood and 80's !

I created about 10 systems' and I work hand in hand with certain artist to be able to propose new visuals

short big project stay tuned !

Here is some extract

soon!

lol I found yesterday the source for that first wallpaper that comes from PS3 theme, I had the same idea to use it on a theme and as a learning experience for a first time. Nice that someone already did. Good Job.

This is a huge step in the right direction. I’m really anxious to see it all come together!

I don’t know enough about coding or graphic design to carry someone’s suit case, but I will say that I personally love a more realistic look and less “cartoony” look if that makes sense. The Ol Room layouts really opened the door for other great layouts but my only reservation was that the console and props looked obviously pasted into the background image. Some lighting/saturation changes to some layers and some geographic changes to make the, say, NES look like it’s not about to fall off the desk goes a long way. Just my two cents from a consumer point of view :)

Keep up all the great work! :)

it's a reality, I can assure you, I no longer show the systems because the ideas are quickly taken up, and I want to arrive with some surprise anyway;) in the meantime here are the collections about my work on my custom theme Nostalgic Bedroom, the project continues to evolve but is currently on hiatus since I am focusing on my second cyber runner theme that I absolutely want to release for cyberpunk day one. Nostalgic bedroom has become quite crazy in terms of content, since in addition to the custom collections, I integrated a juke box with themes, an 80/90 movies section and a nostalgic japan part with the classic manga. The thing is like all the creative ideas come in all directions, and I created a lot of view for the system and it already takes a lot of time on the one hand to choose the right view, to animate and make the whole coherent. I prepare a small beta test build for the patrons with 4 or 5 finished systems and one or 2 custom collections in order to have feedback, it should be ready next month, I'll leave you with video ...;)

The theme is divided into 5 categories: console, arcade, handheld, cinema section 80/90 / Japan, and collection
I insist on the collection because there is a huge amount of work on the animation of the arts, and a real added value:
For the zelda collection for example:
3  views,informative, fullscreen, and stuff

Added 4k patches for ocarina, majora, twilight, skyward and believe me these are not just upscal patches!

Addition of remakes of the 2 worst zelda released on cdi philipps :)

Addition of Unreal remake ocarina projects in playable demo

Secton playlist hey listen with does not compile the best covers of the net

game theme all animated
