even after deleting an emulator from attract mode , it still appears.

I was planning on adding games for windows as an emulator, but I decided to finish my consoles before, so I deleted the emulator and it was still there next to my other emulators, and it doesn't appear in attract mode settings, thank you!

never mind , all i had to do was remove it from attract.cfg

You have to differentiate here. Deleting an emulator. Deleting a display.

>Deleting an emulator:
Start AM > press TAB key > Emulators > Your_Emulator > Delete this Emulator

the .cfg-file of emulator will be deleted (your_AM-folder\emulators\Your_Emulator.cfg)
the Emulator-Display still exists, because it is stored in attract.cfg


>Deleting a display:
Start AM > press TAB key > Displays > your_Emulator-Display > Delete this Display

the display will be deleted from attract.cfg
The Emulator still exits (your_AM-folder\emulators\Your_Emulator.cfg)
