Exactly ONE game's artwork not showing in list

First off, Attract Mode installed on a windows 10 PC.

I've got a list of ~700 games, and they all show up on my list and launch/play perfectly fine.

There is one game, however, that while it works, none of the art is showing up. Just the default MAME marquee.

Even its name shows up correctly in the generated list (Snow Bros. - Nick & Tom)

I've checked the media directories where all game artwork is scraped to, and the images and video are in those folders, same filenames as the ROM file, and everything.

I've tried deleting the generated list in AttractMode, including deleting the related .txt file, then re-generating the list.

And yet this one game's art just will not show up.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Hi, I have the same problem. I can't see the video or the game logo, even though I've provided the path. I think there's an issue with the game's name; since it's a shortcut, something's wrong. Thanks if anyone has a solution.

I'm returning to my request; it was a mistake in the process for the snaps and wheel, it's resolved.
