Linux (Pi) is case sensitive and Windows (PC) isn't. Check all your files and make sure that you have the correct case used for folders, paths, modules, etc.
What's your Pi memory split set to? This being too low has been known to cause issues.Are you running the same resolution on both the Pi and the PC?You could also do try using the entire layout zipped. I have seen this fix some layouts on the Pi that work fine on a PC. It would be a quick test.
